We comply with all legal requirements. All our properties have a temporary rental registration number. We only work with seasonal rentals, through a contract signed by the parties, scrupulously complying with the requirements of the Community of Madrid regarding seasonal rentals.
We do not rent vacation homes in residential buildings.
