The space is a very small studio, like a hotel room, with a cooking area with a refrigerator, microwave, and Nespresso machine, and a private bathroom.

Early check-in is possible until 12 noon for €10.

The studio is newly renovated and immaculate, with attention to the smallest detail.

As we've already mentioned, it's a very small studio. We've received several reviews complaining that it's smaller than they thought, which surprises me given that I've repeatedly said it's very small, and the photos clearly show the space. The studio makes up for its small size with a spectacular location, a beautiful terrace, and the best views of Gran Via at half the price of any other similar location.

As if that weren't enough, the new top-of-the-range viscolatex bed with aloe vera is a true marvel.

We offer daily housekeeping upon request so you can feel like you're in a hotel, but without paying extra!

Daily cleaning service is free for the first two days; starting on the third day, the charge is 5 euros per day and includes a change of sheets and towels.

You can combine different rooms and studios.

Access the apartment at any time without having to carry your keys.

Central heating and air conditioning.

Late check-out is sometimes available for 10 euros, with luggage storage included.

If you only require luggage storage, the cost is 2 euros per small bag or suitcase and 3 euros per large suitcase.

This money will be used as an extra for the cleaning staff who have to carry the suitcases up and down.
