The location is wonderful, the apartment is spacious and bright all hours of the day, the views are incredible and you have all kinds of amenities at your fingertips.

Parties are absolutely prohibited, we control and prosecute them through the police and with personal complaints against guests and attendees.

Believe me, this is not your apartment if you want to have a party, it will go wrong and you will end up on the street, I will personally take care of it. The floor also has some marks of use.
