All the original elements have been restored, including moldings and plasterwork, handcrafted floors, arched doorways, and stained-glass windows. The apartment has been decorated with modern design and selected pieces of art, resulting in an apartment with a unique style.

In the center of everything, just a few meters from Plaza de España and the Royal Palace. Spacious living room with separate dining room, 4-meter-high ceilings with backlit moldings, handmade marquetry floors, and large windows with a large bay window in the living room and a balcony in one of the bedrooms.

1 Master with en-suite bathroom and 160 cm bed.

1 Double with two single beds of 200x100 cm.

1 small double bedroom with a 140 cm bed.

Top quality memory foam mattresses.

There are no photos of the views, because until February the views will be obscured by an advertising banner.

Starting in February, the apartment will boast spectacular views of Gran Vía and Plaza de España.
