In the living room, hand-carved natural wood floor with exclusive newly designed chandeliers, large windows to the terrace, with modern Madrid in front (views of Gran Via) and other windows to the classic and stately palatial Madrid (views over the Madrid's old town presided over by the Royal Palace) with a kitchen that opens or closes to the dining room and bedroom through enormous sliding doors, which also enjoy the spectacular views of classic Madrid and the Palace.

In the bedrooms, very comfortable beds with super high visco mattresses and marble bathrooms.

The master bedroom can be connected to the kitchen by moving the mobile wall, and can be used as a bedroom or as an attached office thanks to its independent entrance.

The beds are prepared based on the number of guests, so the auxiliary folding bed (180x80 cm) or the sofa bed are only prepared for reservations of more than 4 guests.

If a reservation for 4 wants additional beds, you must request it.

The bathrooms have a 200 liter thermos that is enough for about 5 showers in a row, please keep in mind that if the thermos is used up, it takes approximately an hour and a half to heat up again.

- Laundry area with free washing machine and dryer available to customers, must be requested in advance.

- Paid parking in the building that we can manage.

- Early check in and late check out: advance or delay your check in and check out by one hour for 25 euros. This amount is used to pay an extra person to reduce the price of preparing the apartment.

- Free luggage storage.

- Access to our VIP waiting area, with drinks, coffee, toilets and a sofa area where you can relax while we prepare your apartment. 30 euros for up to 4 people, 50 euros for 5 to 6 people. (This area is currently under renovation and will be available from November 2023)

Unlike other properties that operate illegally, we provide a rental contract and invoice for temporary commercial premises, which is why our rentals include 21% VAT and are perfect for rentals for work, coworking or as a location, and the invoice can be made in your name. of the client or company.

Due to the use to which the apartments are subjected, sometimes there are small damages that we cannot repair between reservations, but which do not affect the proper functioning of the apartment.

In this section we will update the damages that may be pending repair at all times:

Bedroom, small dent in bottom of closet door.

Kitchen: the door of the washing machine has a damaged handle, it is not a problem since it is hidden by the panel and both the washing machine in the kitchen and the washer and dryer in the laundry room can be used perfectly.

The freezer door is damaged, and the refrigerator has some marks from use. We are waiting for the new one that should arrive in the next few days. It can be used while the new refrigerator arrives.
