As we said, the space is small, like a hotel room, with a cooking area with a refrigerator, ceramic hob, microwave, and Nespresso machine.

All in one space, with a separate area for the shower and toilet.

We offer the option of accommodating up to three people due to growing demand, but we don't recommend it since the studio is designed for two due to its limited space.

It's super bright thanks to its two large windows overlooking Gran Via, and although the space is small, it makes up for it with its views and location.

If you want to stay in the center of Madrid's most famous street, without paying the fortune that a hotel room with these views would cost, this is the ideal place for you!

We offer hotel service with daily cleaning upon request.

Free daily cleaning service for the first two days (day of arrival and day after the first night). From the third day onwards, it must be requested and will be charged at 5 euros per day and includes change of sheets and towels.

Although there are two beds (double bed and sofa bed) and the option to accommodate up to 3 people, I personally do not recommend it, it is a very small studio for three.

If the reservation is for two and you wish to sleep in separate beds, there will be a 10 euro supplement for additional bedding, and you must notify us in advance. Otherwise, as a general rule, only the double bed will be prepared.

Late check-out is sometimes available for 10 euros, with luggage storage included.

If you only require luggage storage, the cost is 2 euros per small bag or suitcase and 3 euros per large suitcase.

This money will be used as an extra for the cleaning staff who have to carry the suitcases up and down.
