Additionally, you can reserve access to the building's private terrace, complete with a solarium and jacuzzi.

Access is limited to two hours per reservation per day, and may be extended if no other reservations are confirmed afterward, and only if weather conditions permit.

Parties are strictly prohibited. We monitor and prosecute them through the police and by filing personal complaints against guests and attendees.

Believe me, this isn't your place if you want to throw a party. It'll go wrong and you'll end up on the street. I'll take care of it personally.
