Each apartment has different cancellation policies, which are explained in each listing. Our reservations always exceed Airbnb's conditions. If an Airbnb reservation states something different from our conditions, the most beneficial one for the guest always applies.
Our apartments are family-friendly, and some of them are pet-friendly.
Check-in and check-out times are specified in each apartment. You can leave your luggage before or after the reservation for an indefinite period of time, free of charge by booking here, and for €5 per piece of luggage on Airbnb.
We offer early check-in and late check-out free of charge here, and for a fee on Airbnb. The conditions are detailed in each listing.
You can check the availability of all our apartments on the calendar, and we have several apartments that can be combined.
The price is the final price you receive from Airbnb or our website. Discounts are "up to," not "from," meaning they vary depending on the length of stay and the booking date (for example, a last-minute reservation will have a discount of up to 40%, while one booked months in advance will have a maximum discount of up to 40% using the code AIRBNB on our website). However, you'll always find better prices and services on our website.
The terraces and jacuzzis at Gran Via 73 are included only for reservations made on our website, with no discounts.
We can arrange anything you need.
Taxes are fine. You can compare our price with any other similar accommodation, and if you find something of the same size, with the same views, exterior, and on Gran Via for a lower price, we'll give you the price difference for two.
